Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to love every Pawform product. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at jodie@pawform.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g. different size or colour), please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.  We will then arrange your replacement at no cost to you once we have received the original product.

If there is a price difference for the new size, we'll be in touch before processing your exchange

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised (such as name tags) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly made.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
